We use our innovative marketing, negotiation, and sales process to maximise value for our clients by getting their homes noticed by buyers in clever and creative ways. Our unique service is underpinned by over 30 years of combined professional expertise and record setting performance in prime areas of London including Knightsbridge and Mayfair. As of March 2022, over 60% of our clients have been Forbes listed and our average NW3 transaction price was above £8,850,000 over the past 12 months.
Our local community is hugely important to us and as such we see ourselves as "Community Creators" that run local clubs and events in the area to make it more enjoyable for residents. By playing a central role in the community we believe we can strengthen of bonds between neighbours, increase our knowledge of the area, and be strong advocates and supporters of local businesses.
Born on in NW3, Raised in NW3, and Lives in NW3, it’s fair to say Michael LOVES NW3. Born on Eton Avenue and living on Belsize Crescent with his wife Athena and daughter Elektra.
Prior to KIRE Michael’s property career started in Knightsbridge with Foxtons, followed by Strutt and Parker and then Knight Frank Knightsbridge, where he was made Sales Manager in their most successful office in the world.
