First five properties to sign a contract with us before April 15th will get the following:

    • Fee 1.0%+VAT (normally 3%) for first 3 houses listed at £3M+ on Sole Agency

  • Work with the best solicitors - Mishcon de Reya solicitor subsidy (£3,000-£6,000)

    •  KIRE will pay Mishcon de Reya solicitor fees up to £3K (properties £3M -14.9M) or £6K (properties £15M-£30M) upon completion of sale through us. â€‹

    • Bespoke social media campaigns

    • We will turn your neighbours into your sales agents by sponsoring and hosting a neighbourhood party at your house (provided you want to)

    • Full consultation and proposal for strategy to maximize the value of the sale

    • 1000 letters to the local area advertising the property

  • Peripheral fee coverage (£500) - We have developed a leading process that acknowledge it isn't worth the hassle for you, the solicitors, or buyers, to go back and forth on nominal fees such as EPC, Buyer Search, and Property Plans, so we will cover up to £500 of these to make sure the process moves along smoothly.

At KIRE we work with a limited group of clients to ensure extraordinary service and value, and are therefore selective about the properties and partners we choose to represent. We reserve the right to accept or deny applicants for our services and offers.

Terms & Conditions: KIRE reserves the right to choose which clients to work with, and therefore which 5 properties will receive the offer. All value calculations are based on the savings possible given two ranges of house sales value at time of Exchange  £3M-14.99M (Low), and £15M-30M (High) and a Sole Agency listing contract. The high range will receive more investment from KIRE based on the value difference, and further details on what is proposed can be provided upon request. For homes listed and contracted with us during the promotional period that are listed for less than £3M,  a portion of these benefits will be applied, however these will be negotiated between KIRE and client when approached. Value from 1% plus VAT listing fee assumes 2% savings from an 3% plus VAT sole agency listing agreement. All promotional terms are subject to a written sole agency listing contract lasting 12 weeks, where terms of the promotion are confirmed and agreed. KIRE reserves the right to update these terms at any point up until the contracts are created. We are excited to provide such a robust offer to the NW3 and surrounding community.
